Overview
Our leading edge IP Telephony solution "PAWTel", lets you manage all your business communications
— telephony, voice mail, conferencing, messaging
and intercom — from a single point. PAWTel helps in integrating voice and data networks, eliminating
duplicate costs, maintenance headaches, traditional
PBX lease and per–minute toll charges.
PAWTel’s feature–rich solutions are designed
for customers with distributed communications across
multiple facilities. We deliver reliability to organizations
with 10 employees or 10,000 — whether they’re
located at the corporate office or within a field office. PAWTel is recommended for branch offices, retail chains,
and small businesses that require key system behavior
from their phones.
PAWTel’s superior
product architecture merges IP routing visibility with
modeling and analysis capabilities. Our network simulation
tool recreates points of failure under varying conditions,
to predict your network’s response to planned
maintenance or upgrades. PAWTel system is a fully distributed IP phone system
with no single point of failure. Call control is distributed
to intelligent gateways - called voice switches - and
voice applications, including voicemail and automated
attendant, run on standard server hardware from anywhere
on your IP network. The result is a single-image system
across all geographies, with complete feature transparency.
Gone are the days of multiple PBXs, voice mail systems,
automated attendants, and Automatic Call Distribution
(ACD) systems. With PAWTel, the phone system is distributed,
the voice applications are integrated, and the management
interface is best in class.
